I already have an EFTPOS terminal, why do I need an Online Payment Facility?

By |2020-02-26T00:57:42+00:00April 14th, 2016|, , |

An Online Payment Facility is not the same as your EFTPOS Merchant Facility, as it specifically manages secure online transactions where the customer is not present. EFTPOS is for offline transactions, in which the customer is physically present and the card is sighted by the merchant.

What happens to the commission if there is a cancellation?

By |2020-02-26T01:36:27+00:00April 14th, 2016|, , |

Most businesses charge a 15-20% cancellation fee or allow/help the consumer to move their booking to a mutually convenient date.
